1. If you forgot your username, you can get it back after you send mail from your e-mail, filled up in the application form at [email protected].
2. If you forgot your password, you can get a temporary password after you send mail from your e-mail, filled up in the application form at [email protected].
The temporary password can be used only to change the existing password. A password will be disabled if not used/changed within 24 hours.
3. If you forgot both the name and password, send an email from your email filled up in the application form at [email protected] and follow further instructions.
